The contact form

The form on the contact page is the only place this site asks you for anything. It carries six fields, three of them required, and nothing is collected that is not on the form in front of you.

What happens to what you send

A submission becomes one email. It is handed to Resend, the service that delivers it, and it arrives in the co-operative's mailbox, where it is read by the members who answer enquiries. Resend keeps a delivery log, as any mail service does. We do not store your submission anywhere else — there is no database behind this form.

We reply from the address the email arrives at, to the address you gave. The form does not send you an automatic acknowledgement, so if you hear from us it is because a person read what you wrote.

We keep enquiries as we would any correspondence: for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards as a record of work discussed. We do not sell them, share them, add you to a mailing list, or use them for anything other than answering you.

Analytics

We count page views, using Vercel Web Analytics. It tells us which pages are read and roughly where readers arrived from, and that is the whole of it.

It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and builds no profile that follows you between sites or between visits. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why this site does not interrupt you to ask.

Cookies

None. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything. This site stores nothing in your browser and reads nothing back out of it.

Hosts the site. Its servers keep standard request logs, which include IP addresses

Delivers the contact form's mail, and only when you submit it

Counts page views, without cookies

Typefaces

The three typefaces on this site are served from the same place as the site itself. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font host to read these pages, and no third party learns that you visited because of the type.

Asking about your information

Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. In practice that means the email you sent and our replies to it. We will answer the same way we answer anything else, and there is no form to fill in.
